Since the beginning of EVIE'S VIETNAMESE KITCHEN, our passion has been to elevate traditional Vietnamese food experience in the Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin area. 

While keeping the Vietnamese items on the menu authentic, we introduce fusion dishes that are both familiar and refreshing to the American palette.
